If Pocic declares early or is moved to OT, we will be breaking in a new center, first game of the year, on the road, against a quality opponent. The bowl game & practice leading up to it, need to be focused on next year to some extent. I'm not talking majority of snaps, but he should get a few series. What y'all think?

I agree, if you declare for early entry into draft you shouldn't be allowed to play in bowl game....good riddance

No, for several reasons.

If its his last game, you gonna deny him the right to play?

So Pocic starts all year and sits in the post season?

Yes, because the new center won't have a single opportunity to take a snap this spring and summer.

Dude gonna fumble every snap against wisky!

I think it's a good idea to give a potential new starter a few snaps. I wish we had done that with a qb in the past. imo, i'd start a new center and put pocic at LT (for a few series anywat).

however, I can never recall this staff ever doing that.
