I got a dozen pepper jack boudin balls and a dozen pepper jack wraps in the fridge from Billy's that I want to reheat. What would be the best way to reheat them?

Cast iron pot, dry (no grease), on the stove top, with a lid. Medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Best way to reheat most fried foods.

Get them up to temp in the oven, then turn the broiler on low and keep an eye on them. It will bring the crunch back.

Oven, 350 then finish under about 450 while turning somewhat often.

If you have a baking rack to lift them then go that route.

Did them twice this week with really good results

We got a full box of boudin from them yesterday and a pound of cracklins. I think there may be 4 little links left and that's it. Stuff is insanely good.

I'd bake the balls and wraps to reheat, or just microwave and scarf it down.
