why aren't people talking about Dabo Swinney as well?

I don't care for him but why isn't his name being thrown out there along with Jimbo Fishers? Both are under huge contracts to other schools and are currently enjoying big success at said schools. So why not throw his name in the hat as well

Dabo has never coached at LSU. I do not want him this town would be unbearable to live in if he comes here and when Saban retires Bama comes take him away.

It's almost impossible to go after a coach in the hunt for a championship.
I know a lot of you will disagree, but that is what spiked Les to Michigan in 2007 IMO.
Brian Kelly even said if he had played for a championship at Cincinnati, he could not have made the ND move.

3 first round QBs at FSU, a national championship, heisman winner, elite defenses and offenses, the same number of losses in the last 3 years that LSU has had in the last 3 weeks, top 3 recruiting classes every year...

coaches can change and/or evolve
just like Miles isn't the same coach that he was in 2006, perhaps Jimbo isn't the same coach either?

Plus if we ruled out every coach that LSU fans don't like or wouldn't like as coach, we might as well kill the whole program

What's changed is Jimbo went out and got himself some head coaching experience, and has proven that he is more than capable of recruiting and developing QB's and win at the highest level.
