Zero, so far, but I do have about 3/4 out for approval now.
I just can't seem to move Palmer or Dalton. I'm trying to package one of them with Blount to upgrade from him. I don't think it's going to work out in my favor tho.

I think overall both teams have gotten better via the trades, and yes, I think winning a championship usually takes at least a few trades.

I feel like you have to trade at some point to fill holes on your roster unless you are the best drafter in the world or get lucky on the waiver wire.

Made a few. Dealt Joe Randle for Carson Palmer back when Ben first went down. Dealt Gronk for Lacy and Landry. That one has killed me. And then Ben + Moncrief for Cobb a couple weeks ago. Overall I'm 4-5 and probably gonna miss playoffs

Made two trades: Lacy, Jarvis, Forsett and for Ingram, Fitzgerald and Blount, and Jordan Reed and Blount for West, James Jones, and Austin Seferian-Jenkins (who I used to drop for a waiver pick up). Will say that they have made my team a lot better, maybe minus losing Forsett.

2: I traded Decker for Latavius
3: I traded Flacco & Allen Hurns for Hasselbeck & Brandon Marshall
4: I traded Edelman & Ryan Mathews for Antonio Brown
In my $50, .5PPR league I have made two trades.
1: I traded Moncrief for Demarco (early on)

In a dynasty league since March I have made 39 trades 
I have 0 players on my team from last year
I have the hottest team in the league right now.
I made 14 in another dynasty league
My line up is way better
I made 7 in a keeper league

In regular leagues I have made 1, 1 and 3 and I feel all my line ups are better.
Hoping to get at least 2 or 3 championships.

The best trade that I've made so far was one every person called me crazy for. Back in week 3, I was desperate for WR help so I traded Le'Veon Bell for Todd Gurley, James Jones and Alshon Jeffrey. It was nearly vetoed and I had basically beg the commissioner to understand why I was doing it.

I have traded a grand total of 3 times in 8 years of fantasy football. It is my single weakest aspect of managaing fantasy, I just can't process them unless I'm getting a huge steal in my mind.
I did trade this year though. When Big Ben went down the first time my cousin, typically a fantasy genius, was panicking about his injury ravaged winless team. He then decided to offer me Antonio Brown for Dem. Thomas so he could stack him with Payton. This one was pretty easy for me
