Would adopt
sounds like a good idea. They are trained as detection dogs, not attack dogs, so they wouldnt be as aggressive as a retired police dog, right?
im happy with my 12 year old lab

I can't imagine how stupid a dog would have to be to not pass a TSA test.

I don't accept failures into my house.

Not all of the dogs flunked training, some are now retired.
I think most of them are labs. Sounds like a great way to get an awesome dog for free imo.

People interested in adoption must submit an application. Applicants must meet the requirements and then photos and information on the dogs will be provided via email. The Adoption Coordinator will assist in identifying a dog that best suits each home and family. Applicants will need to provide a signed and notarized indemnity letter, travel to San Antonio to meet the canine and travel home with the dog at the owner’s expense.
So much for "free of charge."

Man how dumb does a dog have to be not to pass TSA training.
Oh never mind. That job is harder than screening passengers.

If the dog can't find my stash I'm down with it.

I wouldn't adopt one of these dogs, not when there are so many homeless pits that people just throw away like trash. Go to your local shelter and adopt a pit! The ones who have been used for fighting are often the sweetest.
