mind if I ask the sq footage and the cost? I had one guy tell me $10k for mine.

Probably about right. We had ours painted several years ago, and left the brick alone but had the shutters, windows, and wood siding on the back and sides done. I think it was 3,500 or 4,000. But he priced it based on the number of windows (old wooden windows) and then the square ft of the siding. Lots more time on taping and prep work on the windows than rolling the siding.

House is 3942 SF and they are painting entire home, which includes lots of stucco and hardi board. I'd say for the brick it would be about 6-7k
