They averaged 44pts per game and over 400yards passing.
We hold them to 20points and 325yards passing on 60+ attempts. And that's without our top CB in Tre White who happens to be 1 of the best in all of college football.
Just blew them out and they are a damn good team, borderline top 25.
But by all means people, keep bitching.

Solid win considering we have a bye week and Bama coming up! Not the first half any of us were hoping for, but definitely took care of business in the 2nd half.
Fact is, we played a very good team with a bye week, 2 starters out, AND Bama in the headlights and still won by 4 td's. Not pretty by no means, but a win is a win! Geaux Tigers!!!

We've held our opponents to 19, 21, 24, 22, 24, 28, and 20. That's with putrid special teams play.
We're not getting any dominant defensive games, but they're doing their job. We can expect better, though, and I hope we see it in the big games coming up.

So tired of the defense criticism it's not warranted they're young and getting bettert and better each game they're so athletic at eAch position and Steele sends the blitzes at the right time . Devi is fkn insane on his A-gal blitzes he's like a bulldozer coming to destroy the quarterback

It was a poor defensive performance. I really don't care what WKU put up against the putrid competition they faced going into this game.
LSU's defensive scheme is flawed and once they face a defense like we did with UF that can contain our offense, the defense is going to end up costing LSU along with special teams.
Bama's defense is significantly better than UF's, and as good as our offense has been, Bama's front 7 can do with 7 what other teams need 8, 9 or even 10 to do to be successful against LSU.
The defense has to improve or LSU will not survive the next 4 games.
