All he had to do was stop resisting, and he wouldn't have been tortured/restrained to begin with. When will people learn that police can and will do whatever they can to hurt you if you give them the chance?
I will wait for the trial/investigation to be completed and the police to find they did nothing wrong before getting upset over some invalid getting what was coming to him.

No one is saying he did not need to be restrained. Tazing is used to subdue. He was subdued already. You bootlickers will go to great lengths to justify clearly abusive cop behavior.
