The only character who might be too old is harley.

I love Jerome's character, but I prefer the iterations of the Joke to be ambiguous and mysterious.

I was reading some theories on reddit last night and one person was saying that Jerome could be Gordon's joker, but not Batman's. Maybe a copycat/fan will ultimately kill Jerome and become the joker but no one will really know who he is.

Yeah, this show has hit its stride. I liked the twist they did with Jerome. I had a feeling that he was a fake out since they said from the beginning that they wanted to introduce characters throughout the series that could be the Joker, but they would end up not being him.
With that said, I thought he played a great "Joker" character. I hate to see him go so soon. He had the laugh down pat.

Yeah. I thought his end was bittersweet. Such a good ending but we had to sacrifice for it. Wondering where it goes from here.
