I gotta go with Auburn. They thought they had a shot this year.

Texas didn't expect greatness.
At least Tennessee can say they should have beaten two good teams.
I don't think Arkansas fans truly believed they went from dumpster fire to NC contender over the span of about 9 games. And if they did, they were stupid.

Since I root for both GT and Arky I'd say GT trumps Arky, haven't thought about the rest. I have quite enough gloom already!

Auburn hasn't had a respectable defense in 5 years and even the year they beat Oregon for the championship, they had a leaky secondary.

hiring Muschamp to fix their defense wasn't going to change anything instantly.

I told y'all Auburn has been falling short of preseason hype for years now.

they traditionally get you when people least expect.

Lol. Tennessee. I'm fine. Auburn will get a JUCO qb in the offseason and win it all next year.

I had us winning 8 which is funny now but truly all I expected was a bit of improvement. I still think without injuries that wasn't a bad pick.

I'm not a basket case at all, at this point all I want out of the season is no career ending injuries and an sec win (or I'd take two). Not guaranteeing it by any stretch of the imagination but it's possible.

I'm more pissed that I'm reduced to hoping for that YET AGAIN than I'm about losing the game- if that makes sense.

I think the word "Today" takes us out of your question. Most of us saw the writing on the wall last week and the week before. A lot of us pretty much expected what we saw yesterday.

On a side note, the defense will be fine. Saw some improvement yesterday and that is promising moving forward. We are still without two of our major defensive players which is not helping

Our offense is our big issue and it will not improve until we get the right QB on campus to run it. We do not have that right now so it will be a while

Auburn is a bad team...but their fans probably knew it when they went to OT with a FCS.
Ark is a disappointment, but they still probably are slowly getting better.
Tenn and Texas are definitely getting better...frustrating, but good things to come.

Texas fans have been saying they lost because the refs are racist and wanted to screw over their African American players and coach. So I'm gonna go with them
