They are now saying it was multiple individuals and they used cell phones in the planning, approach, or attack. There is a warrant for the cell activity from cell towers within 10 miles.

He got engaged six weeks ago. I am thinking fiancé's ex BF or someone he arrested in the past.
I find the statement, "Not targeting random LEO's" to be pretty telling. He personally was targeted. Also, Five-O said he was tortured and others are saying the graffiti stuff. I have seen no links to this but Five-O may have an inside source and parses his words where LEO killings are the subject.

There is way more support in DC for a National police force than you think. The DHS is almost big enough now.

I am looking around and reading a few boards that are local to Abilene. There are a few LEO's commenting but not saying anything too specific.
One said that the reality of what happened made him question his faith in God. Another said he almost puked when he read the BOLO.
Keep in mind this is from the internet. There are trolls, liars and dickheads out there. Nothing is confirmed.
Apparently the graffiti thing was BS.
