Hell at least there is stuff to take photos of now. The last time I saw their space there was nothing but empty space.


And can I get a profile of Spotted Dog Brewhouse in the paper? I am closer to a brewery than those dudes based on the photos. I guess I would need to start telling people I want to open a brewery then I can get that kind of recognition.

Ouch! So they are opening a nanobrewery then.

Everything i've read says that a production nanobrewery is the quickest way to close the business before it starts. 15 barrel systems are ideal.
