Power went out last night around 10 pm. Opened windows in bedroom. Woke up it was 49 outside. Still no power. Had to take a cold shower.

66 at night. 71 the rest of the day. 75 degrees would be impossible to function in, especially to sleep in

64. 62 in winter. Ceiling fan on high, big floor fan next to bed for noise. We like it chilly. Power went off after a storm a couple weeks ago... couldn't sleep because a) it was too hot and b) it was SO dang quiet.

78 with ceiling fans is perfectly fine. Low power bill also.

It is the summer in the south...you aren't supposed to be cold.

Preach it.

I worked with a guy from Ohio and he kept his AC on 62 night, 64 daytime and burned up his compressor two summers in a row. Well duh! His AC never shut off.

I don't see how some of yalls AC's keep up

Mine stays at 72 at night and 75 during the day, even though no one is home

It can't be cheap to have your AC set to low or mid 60's through the summer. Can't be easy on your equipment either

76. My old man told me that when its hot outside it should be warm inside and vice versa for cold.

I put it on about 72 in the summer, but when it starts getting cooler I open the windows in my bedroom.
