Read this in the Advocate paper this morning and was somewhat surprised. I know that he is slow to make decisions sometimes and doesn't throw the ball that much per game but only one interception against good competition is impressive.

Interceptions are not the only measure of a bad QB. IMO he is a bad QB, or at least was... Let's hope he develops into a good one!

48% completion rate means most were thrown into the ground or he just missed.

I believe LSU's last passing TD was a 1 yard PA pass to Logan Stokes against Ole Miss.

That would be awesome if he also threw 14 tds in the last 7 games. And he really threw 4 over the last 7 games. (2 vs Ole miss) (1 vs Bama) (1 vs A&M).

The objective is not throwing interceptions. It is throwing completions for positive yards and TDs. We need to know the standard to achieve it. If I eat dinner without vomiting doesn't redefine the purpose of eating. Vomiting is an indication of a problem but not an achievement in diet. Not throwing interceptions helps but that's not why a team throws the ball.

Who ever wrote that article did not proof his statistics. Starting with the Kentucky game and ending with Notre Dame (last 7 games), Jennings had 64 completions in 134 attempts with 4 interceptions.

He also had a -21.5 QBR against New Mexico St. Watching the Florida game replay the other night, he threw for a whopping 13 yards in the first half.

The last four games of the season he threw for 76 yards-ALA, 87 yards-ARK,107 yards-A&M, 151 yards-ND. That is freaking terrible!

He was awful in the back end and he faced some really bad defenses along the way too.. a&m and ND for one thing

Did you see the passes he threw?!
It's discouraging to see a simple out thrown 20 yds off line.

Jennings isn't good enough to throw interceptions. The DB is normally close to the receiver and the ball is never near the receiver.

It's just a simple statement , Anthony Jennings is not a SEC QB.

And over stepping his authority breaking in someone house "to retrive so called Stolen items" was a bone head decision, like most of his On-Field action.

This isnt even true... He threw 2 ints vs Ole miss, 1 vs Bama, and 1 vs A&M. That's 4 picks in the last 4 regular season games. I think they meant Brandon Harris because that would be true. Either way Harris has to start next year if we want to be good.
