Dude, in case you haven't noticed, we have the largest income equality of any major economy. We have massive wealth disparity, a massive incarceration rate, and massive wealth concentration at the top.
Basically huge and massive differences in opportunity, standards of living, education, material wealth, just about everything.
Not exactly socialism.

Those are exactly the results achieved by socialism but the rich class is smaller.

Dude, in case you haven't noticed, nearly half(and growing)of the population is sucking the government teat because they are too stupid and lazy to do anything else. That explains your income "equality" as you put it. The current administration and Democrat party celebrates and brags about the growing number of people dependent on food stamps and other government handouts. More idiot votes they can buy with said handouts. And if you pull your head out of your arse you will also notice that our healthcare system is headed for total government control and the borders won't be secured until people are trying to get OUT. Call it whatever you want but the US is a far cry from what it was in 1957.

As with ANY kind of government, the money will ALWAYS be at the top. You name me one place where poor people have a better chance at succeeding in life and ill hang up and listen.........

You strike me as one of those naive and uninformed people who think that in the old Soviet Union or in the new Red China, people were/are all equal in the areas of material wealth and standards of living, because those regimes were/are Socialist.
No. What happened in the old Soviet Union is that the Ruling Political Class in Government, Media, Journalism and Entertianment, had all of the wealth and the pee-on dipshit peasant regular citizens had to go at each other's throats for the scraps of remnants of the necessities of life that was thrown their way by Socialism.
Want to know what's happening in the USA now? A new system is being born in which FedGov controls the wealth and is in position to distribute and re-distribute wealth to the favored constituency groups. And that's pretty much what happened in the old Soviet Union and what happens in China.
I don't want the USA to go down this path. Do you?
