They all do this.
Trooper was being a prick. Sheriff even showed his credentials and the trooper said he didn't.
"you know how many people I arrested for impersonating an officer?" really?
That trooper is the kind of officer that makes problems.

Plenty of crimes are committed using cars that just have flashing lights and the occupant is impersonating an officer..

I was part of a LSU bus trip escort my Louisiana State police. Somewhere in Tennessee and driver wouldn't get out of the left-hand lane of the interstate. Trooper flipped his lights on until he moved over
