I remain unconvinced Kos wouldn't be a better option next to Ramsey than Flam, Arteta, or Chambers.

Joel looked pretty good today, with good vision. That goal though, was mostly all Ozil's assist--didn't matter who actually put it in the net.

I was very disappointed that he looked better than Ox today. Even Ox's completed passes were off and slowed up play.
Relieved to get a win, though. We don't have the luxury of winning pretty right now.

One thing I would love to see tried by wenger is putting kos at holding mid with mertesacker and Gabriel as the center-backs. Kos is a world class player and I feel like he could play great at the holding midfield position because whenever he makes those long driving runs up the field he makes things happen along with his ball distribution which is incredibly underrated.

Wilshere coming back and staying healty, as ridiculous as that sounds, is the key. if him, Ramsey and Flamini can hold that center/holding midfield until February then we will be sitting pretty for a run at the top of the table. obviously a window signing at holding mid would be ideal but i just dont expect that to happen anymore

Ozil is just a joy to watch. What a season he is having. On pace for the EPL assist record and he has also added goals to his game.

Arsene would be a fool to not buy during the window. Especially this year, where the prem is down and the title is a realistic goal. If that's not money well spent I don't know what is.

I dk about that. I think you don't really need to add a lot to Alexis, Ozil, Cech, Kos, Monreal, Bellerin, Theo (on the wing imo), and Ramsey. I'd add Coquelin to that, but I know others probably think we could use an upgrade there (obviously need more cover there).
Still think we could use an upgrade at striker. Super sub Giroud was a monster though and has been pretty good starting after a rough start.
I think Gabriel will be able to step in for Per either later this season or next.
Honestly if we could just be more quality depth to survive a month like we just had would be a game changer.
