More for less; this is what we set out to achieve and this is exactly what you get when you fish with 3-TAND. This means high quality reels at mid-range prices and a customer service department that is here to help each and every angler. That was our goal from the start, and receiving Best of Show at ICAST during our first year out told us we are doing the right thing and that the industry welcomes us.
Every reel we make is crafted with the utmost care. Each model, from our 2-wt to our 15-wt, is sealed and offers features no other reel has, like our hidden counter weights and our rubberized foot. These patented features, matched with our superior Nano CF Drag™ system makes 3-TAND reels truly unique. Experience what more means today.

I have a question. Not trying to start anything I just don't know. Why is a sealed drag better than a cork drag?
I have only one reel that is a sealed drag. Its the Van Staal C-Vex. Haven't had many chances to use it verses all my other reels so I don't have an opinion on it.
just curious.
