How long do you think it should take to develop a QB? If Harris does well this season, or at the least shows marked improvement, it could be said he's done a fine job at developing his QB. Jennings wasn't a Cameron recruit and clearly evaluation was an issue there.

Agreed. Harris was recruited by Cam. He certainly looks the part. It's now Cam's job to develop him. Cam seems to be blamed for bad LSU QBs for the last decade. It's strange.

Should be mature by his Junior year or at least show significant development. I'm not expecting Harris to be all-world this season but this move for another QB is desperation.
