I think fields may end up as the closer by end of the year. He has great stuff if he can't spot the fastball on the corners.

I agree, I worry about him in one run situations though. They need to give him a chance to work things out and luckily his struggles haven't really cost them much. I would hope they give Harris a shot at it before making a deal for a more experienced guy with "closer" experience though if he does continue to struggle

FYI YFPHA are 14-9 in May with 6 games to go. One more win and they have back to back winning months to open the season

I've always heard that 3 run saves are the hardest because the adrenaline isn't as high. I know he's struggled recently but he'll snap out of it. He was nails to start the season.

I've been wondering the same and I sure hope so. I said it before but he's never thrown more than like 100 innings in the minors so I imagine he's going to have a pretty low innings limit this year. I would much rather those innings be at the ML level since I think he can help right now

I notice Lester hasn't been in the threads the last 2 days. 
I'm thrilled with a 2-2 split against the Tigers on the road. That's a really good team. In game 1 we came back and took them to extras. Really good series for us.
