Well you got your wish.
Trophy heads west. HUGE for the sport.
1st coach to win the title at 2 different schools.
The Maryland women got it done & continue their historic run. So you at least have that...

Aren't most of Denver's best players Canadian?
Not sure it means much for the growth of Lacrosse in the US.

6 players on the roster of over 35 are from Canada:

but their best player, Berg, is from Canada.
But they pepper a lot of the country with their roster from California, Ohio, NJ, NY, Minnesota, Mass, North Carolina, Maryland, Indiana, Washington, Florida, Oregon, Virginia, & of course Colorado.
That's a pretty solid range of lacrosse talent from many corners of the lacrosse world.

Lacrosse is definitely growing. Those traditional East Coast schools also have a bunch of players from around the country as well.
I think that schools like Cleveland St and Hampton adding lacrosse are even bigger for the growth than Denver's Championship.

I hope Hopkins destroys Maryland.
Delaney is getting cocky like Slive and Kramer.
Then I hope DU beats Hopkins so the B1G doesn't get another Natty.
I'm new to the sport, always heard of it, but now, my boy plays H.S. lacrosse in New Orleans, and I have the bug FOR him. I like going to the shop to buy stuff as much as he does. Anyway, great weekend, the final was a bit of a downer, but Denver played the way Denver plays, and it wasn't even close.
Perkovic on Saturday, myyyyyyyyy Lord! Made us forget about Kavanagh being on the same team.
