Any recommendations for a 2 day trip for my dad and me? Looking to catch specks and reds. TIA

Travis Miller with Millertime charters out of Dularge is my 1st choice. Then you have Marty Lacoste w/ absolute charters. They have a camp right on the water and cook awesome meals for their guests when they stay. 1st class treatment and def a good time. Millertime Charters

MLC Charters in Venice. Great fishing and good accommodations.

I would def go to Venice. Du large way to easy to get blown out. Lots more options when weather marginal in Venice. Good luck

If you decide to go to Grand Isle call Capt. Frank with Laid Back Charters. Most guides can put you on fish, but he is a very cool guy and fun to be on the water with.

You shouldn't have a problem finding one, there are more guides than fish
