I'm pretty sure any person can find a way to be offended by another person's words or actions.

Of course.

But most of the time the language is more ambiguous.

Think of it this way:
The president is a black man (or white) with a racy pic of a semi-nude female white model.
He gives the phone to some middle-aged white woman with 30 years at AT&T. (who has a hard-on for the company)

The same situation could happen.


(That's the reason we don't have any cool Snap-On calendars anymore, BTW)
