You are forgetting (I think) that she had a hard-on for the company.
If the pic was a meme making fun of Asian drivers and she was Asian, the same situation could exist.
The point was he messed up by giving her "bulletin board" material.

I realize this. But this is a shock and awe tactic. She's going to end up with like $500k and people are going to be like, "wow, we got away with that one, not having to shell out $100MM". But in reality that woman just walked out the door with $500k! And all because someone dropped an N-bomb on a picture. I would laugh at that picture if it just said "it's Friday bitches" or something similar.
