Burgers at the Barcadia here were a huge letdown considering how good they were off the curbside truck.

Man, that sucks. I haven't had that experience here yet, but I've only been twice.
I also only got the Repeat Offender (House Patty set on Pommes Frites topped with Sharp Cheddar, Praline Bacon, A Deep Fried White Cheddar Patty, a Shot of pork belly preserves and its all topped with a Sunny Side up Yard Egg) off the truck, which requires fork and knife.. so I don't really have a comparison for the regular burgers.
Not surprised they aren't mentioned often in New Orleans, though, since there are so many good burgers.

Thought the same thing last time I went, but figured it was just an off meal.
