So resos at Herbsaint are in the books. Deciding factor was mainly convenience as we are staying in the CBD and this trip will be short and sweet.
This thread did put several restaurants, namely Peche and Gautreaus, in the must try very soon list.

Herbsaint is off the chart good in every way. Awesome food, fun place.
