But the way it is now with this staff in place and the material building up steadily, NC is a real possibility soon at LSU...not so at Houston...jmho

I agree with those saying him going to Houston isn't gonna hurt his draft stock if he plays well enough to have one. I do think playing at LSU and getting the coaching and competition he would get would better him as a prospect but if he's good, he's good and it won't matter where he went yo school. If he chooses to go to Houston with the close ties then so be it and I wish him luck. Only issue would be that his entire prospect status as a pro would be projection because he'd rarely face anyone on his talent level if he's as good as his rankings suggest. That's where going to a major school would benefit him.
