I'm not trying to downplay McHale. But look at the Celtics roster. They don't belong in the postseason at all. Most teams would tank their way to a top 5 pick with that lineup. And he got them into the playoffs.

If CLE wouldn't have sat players in the last 2 games v BOS guess what? They prob miss the playoffs. Stevens did a great job but winning should be rewarded. He didn't win enough.
