Sautéed some eggplant with ground meat onions and bell peppers earlier... Drinking community dark roast at work now.

Venison tacos and sweet tea. That's the last of the venison. We harvested four deer this year and I'm already out. Had Vines process 150lbs of sausage and 20lbs of ground venison right at Christmas time and gave most of it away as gifts to my clients and family. They loved it, but I won't make that mistake again.
