its very hard to watch sometimes and it takes lots of willpower. im just curious if anyone else is like that or if its just me, lol

You do take it to the extreme. You probably have a borderline disorder.

To answer your question I try to keep it very light a few days a week but I don't really count anything. I certainly don't obsess over it or make it not allow me enjoy myself.

I honestly don't know how people can get that big. And not from a looking down on them perspective. This is coming from a pure how do you consume that many calories perspective.

I eat like crap. I have always been a picky eater and have a hard time eating enough veggies and healthy food in general. I do go through periods where I watch what I eat and exercise, but a lot of the time, I can live off of fast food/pizza/etc and you could say I'll drink to excess a bit. I don't do small portions when I fall off the wagon either. I'm a shade over 5'11" and I don't think I've ever been over 200 lbs.

I am about 175-180 right now and I've been cycling and just started up at the gym again. If I work hard, I think I can get down to 160-165 and be in very good shape. But if I fell off the wagon and decided to live off of the Whataburger (and boy do I wish I could) down the road from me, I seriously doubt I'd brake 200 lbs. It would take a year of only eating that and literally doing no physical activity at all.
