I actually made 2 threads here about it. Here are the two OP's I made on the Soccer board because I was realizing something was weird about soccer fans, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Here was the first thread I ever made about the topic on 9/10/13:

That's when I realized there was a connection between hipsters and soccer. I noticed it on my own first before I ever knew there was a connection between hipsters and soccer.

And of course the posters on the soccer board were super defensive about both topics.
