Yes & they took a risk on a quarterback that actually had better physical tools than Marcus Mariota. Where did that get them? The draft is chess not checkers. People get fired for making poor decisions with high draft choices in the NFL. The Titans management isn't going to take another risk on another project quarterback coming out of a college spread system.

They have no stars on their team. The general public would be hard pressed to name a single Titans player. They need a face of the franchise and Met is not it. I think ownership is in management's ear pining for Mariotta while the coaching staff/football people would prefer not to select him at #2. We will see who win.
ETA - also not as big of a risk because the prospects they are passing on have not graded as high as year's past.
