I find this charge troubling. If my truck and toolbox were searched they'd find tools for the commission of a hundred crimes. The reality is that a 45 year old white guy in a late model F-250 won't catch this charge, (and a paid lawyer likely gets it tossed in any circumstance), but I don't like seeing this level pf discretion in the hands of the police. I usually roll my eyes at claims of institutional racism in LE but this a clear cut example.
The state still has to prove intent, but I get what you're saying. Ted Bundy got popped on this charge.

That's obviously his first payment for the hospital bill. How else would the bills get payed? And the gun represents the death the surgeons rescued him from.
You folks must not much about artistic expression because this is obviously symbolic of his appreciation for those who helped him and his commitment to pay it forward.
...or maybe he's just representing thug life
I feel bad for the person who got replaced on the donor list.

Society gave him another chance at life and could have turned things around...but instead he chose to remain a TPOS animal.
I wonder if Strong Safety would blame the heart donor as the person responsible for this kid turning out the way he did.
