Yeah I should have mentioned we are a big group of friends and do this sort of stuff all the time. people always bring stuff either way
Yeah I can do sides. Any ideas?
Homemade baracho beans for sure, maybe some zoeys slaw and some chips and dips for sure. Also some Costco meatballs or stuffed mushrooms, etc
My pulled pork is pretty damn good and always a hit. Smoke it for an hour and then finish in crock pot with bottle of root beer. Soo good
Served with Hawaiian rolls

I like slaw as a BBQ side. The vegetarian leaning can make a meal out of beans & slaw. Or you can put it on a Hawaiian roll w/the pulled pork.
It's nice to have some fresh, light, slightly acid counterpoints to the pulled pork. Too early in the season for a big platter of sliced tomatoes, but perhaps a quick zucchini or cucumber pickle? Cut into spears, serve chilled. Like this: homesick texan pickled zucchini
