No, she's 24, just never flown before. She's used to driving everywhere, and rarely travels more than a few states away.

Check in for your flight early and the people at the gate can most likely switch some seats around for you.

Just giving you a hard time.
I would just talk to the people booking her trip. I can't imagine they haven't dealt with this scenario before.
