I almost did this a few nights ago with some leftover rice. Do you add the rice first and then add the eggs so the rice is a bit buttery or do you stir it in with the eggs after they start to get curds?

I actually beat the eggs like im just making scrambled eggs,
When they are still a bit runny in the skillet I add the cooked rice.
sometimes I'll even add shredded cheese and a bit of salt and pepper to taste
