You are sweating it's just evaporating quickly due to the airflow, this the appearance of not sweating.

I realize that, I'm just saying that in effect, keeps me cool. Similar to what's happening with the dog, just not as efficient (especially since they don't sweat). I agree it's not going to be like an AC, I just don't think that it's going to be 140 degrees back there. Again, I don't think it's the best way to travel with your dog. I wouldn't do it and am not condoning it. But I don't think it completely warrants a freak out response.
