garlic chives
basil
oregano

Saute some butter & finely minced garlic add the herbs and some lemon juice

lemon butter alone would be okay. They don't need a heavy sauce. You could also saute some finely chopped shallots and chives in that.

A lemon buerre blanc with some capers would be nice, as well.
