What the heck does that have to do with Ferguson? I'm failing to connect the dots. So what you are suggesting is that because there were 19,000 reported cases of black on white rapes and 0 white on black rapes that blacks are the only ones walking in the street?

Trust me when I tell you. You are the one obsessed with race. To me, the race issue is the much smaller portion of the DOJ that concerns me. The portion that concerns me most are those portions addressing issues that affect everyone, regardless of race. It pisses me off that a small percentage of LE believe they can disregard constitutional rights. You are the one that has steered the conversation to race. I'd be much happier to talk about how FPD should be shut down because of their actions that affect everyone, not just blacks. If I have any agenda, that is it. Not the race issues.

No it means that the Ferguson #s aren't BS because blacks commit more crime and you said you had no evidence of that...

I don't know if it was this thread or a different one, but I said that racism exists everywhere, including within the County PD.
To answer your question though. County PD is better funded, better trained, has the bigger/badder toys, tend to attract or choose cops with a better track record. I also think that if all municipalities were to go to the County PD for policing, it would eliminate writing tickets as a source of revenues and make it what it was intended to be, writing tickets for public safety concerns.

Yeh because black people are only being arrested for smoking dope

Actually when it comes to crimes that are 100% up to an officers discretion like vandalism, public drunkenness and other liquor violations whites are arrested more often than blacks per capita.

You have no idea what you're talking about.
I'm white. If I'm pulled over with no cause, no reasonable suspicion, and my care is torn apart despite no suspicion/cause/warrant, that is unconstitutional. Has not one thing to do with race. So please explain to me how I'm thinking about race?
