Rory struggles with the wind because of his high ball flight. Once the wind died down he was able to play a little but better.

Looks like a front has stalled over us so the weather is going to be windy and/or rainy the rest of the way.

Rory should not struggle with wind at all. He did fine at Hoylake last year. And has grown up with it his whole life.
But the forced carries at PGA national make it a pretty rough course in wind.
