How much coffee do you drink?

I have 3 cups of black coffee a day. 1 before breakfast, 1 after breakfast, and 1 after lunch.

I don't have trouble sleeping at night, but people have been telling me I drink too much.

I have no clue what a doctor would say, but I sure as shite am not going just to ask him this question.

Do you mean a cup as in 8 oz or 3 containers of coffee? I drink a shitload of coffee everyday, Like a 24 oz in the morning and a cup after lunch.

LOL

Whoever's telling you that is retarded. I have 3 before I get to work. Then I have another 3 before lunch. Then probably 3 diet cokes for lunch.

Not to mention plenty of studies out there showing coffee has numerous health benefits.

To answer your question, no. Probably 6/7 coffee drinkers at my office drink more than that per day.

I have 6 cups a day.

1 before I leave for work
3 before lunch
1 after lunch
1 right before bed (or I'll wake up with a migraine)

Caffeine addiction is a thing...

Source: Several of my friends in college who'd get a headache if they didn't get their coffee fix.

Antioxidant wonder-drug.
It's impossible to drink lots of coffee and get cancer, as far as you know.
I drink a pot a day and have never died.

Nah, you good. But of course this thread would come up as I've given up coffee during lent. I would at least have 3 cups a day.
