Took leftover garlic-roasted potato cubes and reheated in oven. Topped with cheese and broiled. Topped with salsa picante and sour cream.

Best chicken And sausage gumbo I've ever made.

Mex cornbread

Started it yesterday afternoon so that's be reason why so good.
Gumbo always better next day.

I got the Mariscada at Mayas. Great dish, tons of seafood in a spicy curry.
