Well, that wasn't nice. Did you miss the laughing smiley face? I can be sarcastic, too.

I think he was the third guy up. Nice looking black guy whose mom had a stroke. She was in a wheelchair.

The wife and I made the decision to pull the plug on this show. Burn out to say the least. Feels like we just ended last season and we werent ready to devote 2 nights per week for the next 9 or so weeks to this show again.

It's been real folks

I pulled the plug on all singing shows. they play 9 hours a week but only have around an hour of actual singing, tops. I hate the fluff and filler. don't want to devote time to it anymore. the country vote kind of ruins it also

The fluff is what kills me. I try to FF to the singing parts but those other people in the house like to watch everything.

Wonder what the country boy is doing since his win last Fall? Anyone following him? I can't even remember his name.

Craig Wayne Boyd says shut yo pie hole and quit watching...go back to the atrocity known as Idol.

Looks like he is doing fine:
"Just thirteen days after winning the seventh season of The Voice, the 35-year-old Nashville transplant sits at the top of the country charts with "My Baby's Got a Smile on Her Face." The newly-released single is only the second country song in history to debut at Number One, sharing the honor with Garth Brooks' "More Than a Memory," which topped the charts upon its debut back in September 2007."

They really do do these too often. I'm still sort of worn out from the last season. I wish they'd either space them out more, or do fewer shows per week...two (or more) nights of two-hour episodes feels like a chore for this show.

I'll still watch though, at least for now...

When B. Shelton hosted SNL a few weeks back they asked him in a skit how long the Voice had been on and he said something like 4th year, 15th season and I did chuckle. Twice a year with talent I am OK with as long as Xtina is not in both, 3x/year no way. Talent, especially for first night, seems very good and I did appreciate Pharrell finding ways to shut Xtina down, gotta give him props.

The super high-pitched dude is from LA? Did not know that.

Seems like we manage to get someone on the show damn near every season nowadays..

Yeah, that was pretty awesome. You can tell it caught him off guard. I bet this show will open his eyes as to how big of an bitch/attention whore Christina is (and to a lesser degree, Adam as well).

I mentioned this earlier, but it cracks me up that Adam turned first for a country artist.

I look forward to The Voice starting again because it's one of the few things we can watch with the kids that we can all agree on. Almost no sitcoms/evening TV shows are kid friendly anymore.

That being said, I would probably still record it, and try to watch once a week even if I didn't have kids.

Donaldsonville. Seems like a good kid. Didn't go to college to care for his mom. He was accepted somewhere and said it was a dream come true, but I didn't catch where and didn't rewind. Someone else may remember.

It sounded like a big deal. I just didn't hear the name. That's pretty cool. Shame he couldn't take it. Hope he does well on the show.
