But you can not bump the WR off the ball before you touch it, if you touch the ball at the same time that you bump the guy you would be correct. But the bump came first.

But I don't care anyway.

He beat the WR to the spot, contact doesn't matter he didn't go through the receiver to get there.

If there was interference it's on Seattle's other WR for blocking before the ball was caught. He made no attempt to run a route, just stopped and blocked.
