I'm trying to file online through h and r block right now. I have a 1098 through school. No where on this income page do I even see an option for this frickin form.. WHat do? Yeah I'm drunk

It is a tax deduction/credit not income

As an accountant I am going to first say before you do your taxes drunk at 3am....don't do your taxes drunk at 3am.

just write "IOU" on a napkin and send it to the IRS
