Damn, how could you be into history and architecture and not enjoy Paris?
I could spend an entire week at the Louvre; been there twice and still haven't seen some of their most famous pieces.

I was there for about three days and had seen all I really wanted to see. Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, another modern art museum, Notre Dame.
I'll give them that the food was great, and I found the people to be very nice as well.
