You should do a Food Network Show, featuring New Orleans.
You and Guy Fieri and Andrew Zimmern could do it, if they could somehow keep up with you.
You could call it "Stay Fat my Friends."
The Sunday Mass segment of each week's show would drive the haters wild.

You know, you could get a Go-Pro camera and make a fortune doing U-Tube videos. About a Bozillion people would follow you within 6 months.
You could leave that Lawyer stuff in the dust.
Think of how many hits your liver transplant video would get....
