Jimbo was a terrible OC with Marcus Randall and a genius with Jamarcus Russell
Crowton was terrible with Jefferson and Lee, and a genius with Matt Flynn
Cameron was terrible in Jennng's first year and a genius with Zach Mettenberger

I agree with the first part of that statement but fail to see the "genius" with Mett. He did OK with him but nothing more than any OC could have done considering who he had to work with. A lot of OC's could have got more out of an offense that had that level of experienced NFL talent all over it. But I haven't given up on Cam at all. He is a talented experienced OC himself and he was just taking a little longer than expected to adjust to the modern college game.
