I'd worry more about which one you can actually shoot better.

Both are POS.

We have found more folks find the 380 Bodyguard more comfortable compared to holding the LCP, the finger groove on the Bodyguard seems to be the biggest preference b/n the two otherwise almost identical size, shape.

Crucial. Also a close second is which one is more comfortable to carry FOR YOU. All the other stuff like trigger pull, sights, etc. only really matter if you plan on spending a lot of time with it on the range. If you have to use a carry weapon more than likely its going to be a fast pull point shoot scenario at about 3-10 feet from your target. Get the one that is most comfortable for you to use and carry then practice retrieving and firing quickly, safely and accurately.
