Drivers who immediately merge onto the interstate at a slower speed/don't use the entire on-ramp to speed up which causes the flow of traffic to slow down or have to use the left lane to dodge them entering on the interstate.

This along with people that go all the way to the end of the lane before trying to get over when they had chances to get over before.

Ya know what, add those in front of you who brake on a straight decline with no one in front of them. Happens ALL the time to me on the high rise. Why not just coast down? NOT Brake!!

7. Not letting you merge into a lane

Just remember that right has to yield to left, so if you try to get in the right lane and the occupant of that lane pulls a dick move to prevent you from merging and y'all collide, get out of your vehicle and scream for Morris Bart; the accident was the other driver's fault.

People who stop for those stupid ramp meters on I-12. Keep going, they'll turn green w/o you stopping.

Two different situations.

2. Is when there is when a driver knows they will have to merge, but rather than waiting in line like most people (because their time is more valuable)they drive as far as they can until someone lets them in.

7. This mainly deals with merging onto an interstate and people not letting you in, especially if the traffic is slow.

No they don't. Not every merge situation is one in which the merger is some a-hole skipping everyone else in traffic

Yes they are - why hate the guy who goes to the front, and then hate people who don't allow him to merge?

FWIW the guy "zipping to the front" is doing exactly what he's supposed to be doing when there's a lane closure up ahead.

I do this all time to people that try and merge at the last second. It's an epidemic trying to enter the interstates in Houston. They cut across the entire feeder last second and expect to be let in front of everyone else.

That is exactly what they are supposed to do - use all available freeway for as long as possible. Why do you think they paved it that long if not to be used?

I forgot this one but I would add one thing to it. People who cut you off, only to suddenly turn in front of you, forcing you to slow down or in some cases slam on your brakes, when there is no one in your lane behind you.

I used to hate a-hole drivers, then I looked in the mirror and started to hate myself. I can't live my life like that.

a-hole drivers unite.

People who plod through their right hand turns - clear the damn lane

People who ride your arse in a passing zone that is clear but who won't pass

Exactly.

The sign says merge. It does not say get in the back of the line.

I disagree with #2. People that crawl or stop at the beginning of a merge lane because traffic is slow are the problem, they are dumbasses and perpetuate traffic. Zip by them and merge into moving traffic half mile down the road.

I don't hate people who don't allow him to merge, I applaud them. I hate the people who don't let him merge when he is trying to do so in a proper manner

This drives me crazy. They pull out at the last second making you slow down while their is no one anywhere behind you.

Failure to yield to faster moving traffic and poke along in the left lane. Drives me nuts.

Yes. Is the most efficient for traffic flow, given its done properly.
